No. You can request a quote at any point. Many customers arrange installation for the week their kit is due to arrive, and others ask us to advise on mounting options before ordering.

No. Starlink supplies the service and the hardware. Installation is a separate service that Village IT & Technology Services Ltd quotes and charges for independently.

Professional installation is only available in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Cambridgeshire. Properties just outside those counties are considered case by case — please ask. The referral link on this site can be used by anyone and is not limited to our installation area.

Houses, bungalows, cottages, farms, barns and barn conversions, outbuildings, offices, workshops, campsites and holiday accommodation, plus motorhomes, caravans and boats for Roam kits.

Yes — all of those mounting options are available, subject to a survey of access, structure and safe working conditions at your property.

Yes. We assess likely obstructions such as trees, chimneys and neighbouring buildings and recommend the best position available. We cannot promise that any property can achieve a completely obstruction-free view of the sky.

Do you provide mounting equipment?

We can supply and fit suitable mounts, poles, fixings, cable and weatherproofing as part of a quote, or fit hardware you have already bought. Any hardware supplied is quoted separately from Starlink's own equipment.

Yes. Cable routing, protection, clipping and discreet entry points are a standard part of most installations, and we will agree the route with you before work starts.

Yes. We investigate dropouts, poor performance, damaged cabling, insecure mounts and poorly positioned dishes, including installations carried out by someone else.

How much does installation cost?

It depends on the property. Mounting location, height, access, cable run length, obstructions, safety requirements and any specialist equipment all affect the price, so we quote each job individually after an initial assessment. No prices are published on this website.

No. Starlink controls the service, capacity and speeds. Our job is to give the equipment the best practical position, a secure mount and tidy, weatherproof cabling.
