Independence and trade marks

We are not Starlink or SpaceX and this is not an official Starlink website. Product and company names are used descriptively to explain the equipment we install. All trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Information is guidance, not a guarantee

Referral, eligibility, pricing and availability information on this site is our good-faith summary of publicly available material at the time of writing. Starlink can change its programme at any time and its own published terms always take precedence. We do not guarantee speeds, coverage, availability, delivery times or that any referral benefit will be applied.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, confirm an appointment, or fix a price or scope of work. Any installation is carried out under a separate quotation and agreement issued by Village IT & Technology Services Ltd. Installation work is chargeable and never included in a Starlink offer.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or automated enquiries, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing. We may decline or delete enquiries that appear abusive or fraudulent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
