Who operates this website

This website is operated by Village IT & Technology Services Ltd, an independently owned UK limited company. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Starlink or SpaceX. “Starlink” and “SpaceX” are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the equipment and service we install.

The referral link

Referral buttons on this website open Starlink’s own website using a personal referral link belonging to the site owner. The link is never cloaked, masked or redirected through a third party. If you complete an eligible order through it, Starlink may apply a referral benefit to your account and may later credit the site owner. Both outcomes are decided solely by Starlink.

What we cannot do

We cannot create, change, guarantee or appeal any Starlink offer, price, availability, speed, delivery date or eligibility decision. We have no access to your Starlink account. If checkout does not display the benefit you expected, contact Starlink support.

Installation is a separate paid service

Professional installation is a chargeable service provided by Village IT & Technology Services Ltd. It is never included in any Starlink referral offer, and you are always free to install the equipment yourself or use another installer.
