No. This website is operated by Village IT & Technology Services Ltd, an independent installation business. It is not Starlink's or SpaceX's website, and we do not speak for either company.

Are you a Starlink Authorised Professional Installer?

Village IT holds Starlink Authorised Professional Installer status. That is an installation accreditation. It does not mean we are employed by Starlink or SpaceX, and it does not give us any control over subscriptions, pricing, availability or referral decisions.

Is Starlink completely free?

No. Starlink is a paid service. Where the current referral programme applies, an eligible new customer may receive a free month of Starlink service. Hardware, delivery, taxes, accessories, later months and installation are not free unless Starlink expressly states otherwise during checkout.

Starlink defines the benefit. At the time this page was last checked (August 2026) the referral benefit was described as one month free of service for eligible new customers. Always confirm what is actually shown to you during Starlink's checkout.

Starlink decides. Eligibility typically depends on being a genuinely new customer, ordering through a referral link, choosing an eligible plan, being in the same participating country as the referrer, service being available at your address, and remaining a paying customer for the required period.

Referral offers are normally for new customers only. If you already have a Starlink account, you should not expect to receive a new-customer referral benefit.

Anyone can open and use the referral link. Starlink's own system will confirm at checkout whether a referral benefit applies to your order based on your location, plan and account history. This is separate from our installation service, which is only available in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.

Residential and Roam plans are commonly the eligible plan types, but Starlink can change which plans participate. Check the offer shown at checkout before ordering.

If you want a referral benefit to be considered, yes — the order normally has to start from the referral link so Starlink can attribute it. You are, of course, free to order directly from Starlink without using any referral link.

If Starlink does not display a referral benefit for your address, plan or account, then the offer is not available to you. We cannot apply, restore or override it. Only continue with an order if you are happy with the terms Starlink actually shows you.

Yes. Starlink controls the programme and can change the benefit, the eligibility rules or withdraw referrals entirely at any time, without notice to us.
